Delete your account

You can delete your Deadly Hour account at any time. It deletes your camp and everything in it for good. Nobody can bring it back, not even us.

How to ask

  1. Email contact@praganoid.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account.
  2. Put your username in the message, so we delete the right camp.
  3. We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We'll email you when it's done.

What we delete

  • Your account: email address, username and password hash.
  • Every login session, so you're signed out everywhere.
  • Your camp, survivors, items, trips, standing, Radio messages and open market listings.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Server logs (IP address, time, errors) stay for up to 30 days, then they're deleted like everyone else's.
  • Trades you already finished stay with the other player. The items they got from you are theirs now.
  • We keep nothing else.

Just want a break?

You don't have to delete anything. Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account, and your camp waits for you.
